Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included to prevent any processing delays.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
